the official site to ignou is ignou.ac.in , the site might be down now due to high traffic but ignou.ac.in is the only site having information on ignou. some people mistake ignou.ac.in for other sites like ignou.ac.com or ignou.ac.in or   ignou.ac.net instead of ignou.ac.in.
