i really appreciate the move of mhada but still v r far away frm benefit b’coz by the time forms r released & come into market it is sold. v don t know whom to contact thus detail may be published & necessity may be given priority, some people are having 2-4 mhada flats. some dont get the no. hpws that? therefore need of & capability should be seen. being govt servant i m still far away frm this benefit. i had been on site of pratiksha nagar most flats are empty. i liked the area and interested in buying through mhada.it will be highly appreciable when forms are released it may be informed through email.
How will I get a Mhada Flat in Sion or Powai. Please

Around ten years have already been passed , No progress is to be seen in CRZ matters. What action MHADA is taking towards rights of Scheme Winners of 1996 Lotery Scheme. Now days property rates are moving up like anything, there is only shelter that is MHADA to poor and middle class people.We simply say MHADA only can control the hike in property prices because people trust MHADA.
This is the request to know the status of CRZ plots. When the stay will likely to be vacant.
