Note: (1) In the case the of Private Self-financing institutions, recognised as ‘Minority
Institutions’, 10% of the total seats is earmarked for allotment from among the eligible
candidates belonging to the Minority Community which runs the college, on the basis of merit. In
such institutions, the remaining 40% of the seats will be allotted by the Government as per the
pattern of distribution applicable in Govt./Govt.-Aided Colleges. (See Annexure VII)

(2) In the case of Self-financing Engineering Colleges under Government control and in Selffinancing
Engineering colleges under Kerala, Mahatma Gandhi and Calicut Universities, 35%
of the seats under management quota also will be allotted by the CEE. The CEE will allot
only 25% of the seats under management quota, in the case of SCT College of Engineering,
Pappanamcode, Thiruvananthapuram. Allotment to these seats will be strictly on the basis
of merit.
He further mentioned the procedure, and said that students would be provided a log in and a password, at the time of the delivery of the kerala cee counseling 2009 . the tentative dates for kerala entrance is from 7th jully With the help of given log in and password students would be able fill their desired field and select the institute from the list mentioned in the kerala entrance councelling 2009.
