salaried middle class the lone losser in budget 2009-10

the union budget 2009 2010 had some thing for every one expect the salaried middle class

for below poverty line - food security act (rice at 3rs a kg) , education loan without interest ,

for farmers (a lot here) - farm loan waier extended to 6 monts , rural housing scheam,National Rural Employment Guarantee Scheme

for business class - fbt abolished , various other tax benifits

even srilankan tamils get 500 cr grant ....!!!!

for odnari salaried middle class - nothing...!!!! (name sake increase tax exemption )

is this inclusive growth ? arent 50 million strong middle class part of your vision of india ????
