The counselling notification for admissions into B.Ed courses through Ed.Cet has been announced and here is a quick sneak peak at the notification.

The certificates to be brought to counselling centres are:

* Edcet 2009 rank card and hall ticket
* Degree provisional certificate along with memorandum of marks with pass certificate of Intermediate or its equivalent
* Certificate indicating Date of Birth, like SSC certificate
* Study certificates from class 9 to graduation
* Residence certificate for the last 7 years
* Integrated Community certificate from a recognized body in case of BC/ST/SC
* Residence certificate for the last 10 years for non-locals excluding those years in which their parents may have worked in Andhra Pradesh
* Transfer certificate.
* 3 sets of Xerox copies of all the above certificates and 3 latest pass port size photographs.

The students can attend counselling in any one of the 6 centers Viz. Hyderabad, Guntur, Warangal, Vizag, Titupati and Anantapur.

The counselling starts from August 27th and ends on September 23rd which is divided into phases depending on the branch.

The phase starts on August 27 for Physical science followed by Mathematics, Biological sciences, English and then lastly Social studies.

The registration fee is Rs.100 which has to be paid by every student.

Apart from the registration fees, a counselling fee of Rs.300 has to paid by OC/BC students (Rs.200 for SC/ST).
